Tizori Accounts Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tizori Accounts operated by Vebryks Systems LLP. Contact info@vebryks.com or write to 142, 2nd Floor, Avtar Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, India with contractual or support questions.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and use the service only for an organization you are authorized to represent. Organization owners control user access and are responsible for promptly disabling access that is no longer required.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful business accounting and related operations. You may not probe or bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, disrupt the service, access another organization’s data, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Your data and records
You retain responsibility for your business data and the accuracy, review, approval, filing, and retention of accounting and tax records. The service provides controls and workpapers but does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Maintain independent backups appropriate to your obligations.
Third-party services
Email, GST Portal, banking, hosting, and other external services may have separate terms and availability. A prepared workpaper or payload is not proof of external filing or acceptance unless the service records verified provider evidence.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice. No system can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fees and termination
Any subscription plan, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms presented in an order or plan page form part of these terms. Access may be suspended for non-payment, material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. Export records and preserve required backups before termination.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
